Hungry Horse is a small town in Montana. It originally got its named from two draft horses, Tex and Jerry. These horses were used for logging the area and, in the horrid winter of 1900, they wandered off from the pack. A month later Tex and Jerry were found, severely worn out and emaciated but shockingly still alive. The town was named for these two bucking beauties and one can still find constant reminders of them throughout the community.

I just recently moved from Montana to Colorado. Just like Montana, the natural artistry here is incredible. There is nothing better and nothing more inspiring than watching the sunset over a never ending Montana lake or watching the cows cross the road in a tiny, but not forgotten, ranching community. I created this site to show off my passion, my work, and of course, my love for Colorado and Montana.

The lovely pictures below are of Hungry Horse, MT and were not taken by me.
